Yes, but i think that is just "placebo effect" cuz your brain gets used to the blur, and the blur have low detail. After you switch back to the normal focus your brain is "surprised" with the lots of detail.So you think that its sharper.

Thanks for your comment David, you are right after the blurred vision we refocus and get that very nice ideal detailed image.
